3 members of HAMC attended the Harrow Harmony "Spring" Concert whilst biting winds and snow prevailed outside. Unfortunately the poor weather clearly stopped people venturing out which was a shame. The absentees missed something quite special. The Choir moves effortlessly between Vivaldi, Bach and Handel through John Rutter and Bob Chilcott to Traditional Zulu melodies. They were joined by flautist Gregory Mitchell who was, as always, superb. The choir also demonstrated the jazzier part of their repertoire eg Puttin'on the Ritz and Take Five. They finished with a Jersey Boys medley to show their more "Radio 2" side.
A really good evening and without the usual crush I got more of the buffet!
